All prices are for rental of the entire Casa VP per week.
Security deposit on rental is € 500, which must be paid in cash on arrival. This is refunded to the tenant´s account after the end of the holiday, if everything is left as described in the rental conditions.
Note: Casa VP is finally reserved upon payment / receipt of the rent or part of.
Tourist tax: Tourist tax was introduced in Italy in 2011. The tourist tax is a personal tax and it is calculated on the basis of the number og nights you stay. The amount varies from municipality to municipality. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on the spot to the landlord, who has a duty to collect and reimburse this tax to the municipality. It must not be included in the rent an must therefore be added seperately. In our municipality, there are currently no tourist taxes, so therefore you do not have to calculate a supplement to the rent for this.
Rent for a maximum of 6 people in the house.
Rent per week in high season € 2.450 June, July, August, until September 15.
Rent per week the rest of the year € 1.900
The rent includes consumption of a maximum of 20 KW. For additional consumption it costs 1 € per KW.
A pet of max. 15 kg € 80 per week, all year round
Heated pool per week € 350 form May 15 to September 30.

Occupancy of beds, towels - also for the pool area and final cleaning, by normal use of the house.
The house has free Wifi. Be aware that the internet in italy is more unstable than in Denmark and the thick stone walls make the connection weaker.
There are dishcloths, tea towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs, detergents etc. in the house, but not in unlimited quantities.
When renting Casa VP over several weeks, the house will be cleaned and towels changed at the landlord´s expense - as a service. This always takes place on Saturday at 09:00 pm. If this is not desired it must be notified by e-mail to the landlord.
Extra change of towels and linen as well as extra cleaning while you are there.
Pool heating can be purchased throughout the pool season.
Private chef may be arranged on request.

Private chef for a day or evening: Menu and final price agreed on site.
